Cooperative Federalism: A Myth or reality.

In this world of interdependent economies there is a need for synergy between cooperative and competitive federalism, one cannot be sacrificed for the sake of other. This view is solidified by article 263 of our constitution that calls for an 'inter-state' council. Hence, instead of debating between 'Kerala model' or 'Gujarat Model' the hybrid of both the models, if implemented would bear the sweetest fruits of development that even the most destitute can taste.

With ever rising heap of cases choking the justice and saddling the courts, it will be level-headed for the courts to restrict themselves to the pending cases that are fettered and thrown into the dark and sodden corners of the bygone era and stop being sophomoric on issues where they lack expertise
